The 15th International Festival of Modern Dance v Litvě

Od 6. do 10. října 2005 se v litevském Kaunasu koná 15th International Festival of Modern Dance. Organizuje jej AURA Dance Theatre a je určen všem tanečníkům, kteří ve svých choreografiích využívají etnické prvky z různých krajin.

Každý z účastníků festivalu bude moci předvést jedno nebo více vystoupení, které ještě nebylo uvedeno v Litvě.

Přihlášky (včetně videonahrávek a popisu představení) je třeba podat nejpozději do 15. března 2005. Formulář i bližší informace je ke stažení na www.aura.lt.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS!!!

The coming 15th International Festival of Modern Dance, organized by AURA Dance Theatre, is dedicated to the dance performances which reflect any aspects or motives of ethnic culture of different countries - musical inspirations, dance movements or any other distinguishing features of the region or country. Each participant of the Festival will present one or several pieces, which have never been performed in Lithuania. The performances of the Festival will be accompanied by the workshops of contemporary dance.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Each applicant is required to send information about the company and piece as detailed as possible. The committee of the Festival, which consists of the organizers of the Festival, will make the selection of the applications and announce the picked ones within one month.

The DEADLINE for applications (+ video and written description of the performance intended) to be sent by post is the 15th of MARCH 2005.
